UKGI has sourced a number of key training partners to ensure our members have access to a range of technical, product specific, compliance and management development training services. This includes development support for senior business leaders and Management Development Programmes from the CII Broker Academy.

UKGI Members also have access to a leading online training and competency tool for brokers, delivered by Broker ASSESS, which contains over 200 interactive technical e-learning modules, with two main services; Online learning designed to assist those studying for CII qualifications, providing users with access to the market's leading range of learning and revision material; and Training and assessment tools designed to keep staff up-to-date with regulatory, legislative and market changes.

This service is continually updated to provide most current learning and assessment tools allowing brokers to enhance their skill set and professional capability whilst meeting regulatory training and competency requirements. This provides focused and cost-effective learning with discounted rates for UKGI members.

We can also provide a range of discounts to Members for CII training services including management development, soft skills training, CII membership, study materials and CII's regional face-to-face broker training programme.
